Soil

Alluvial (formed by sediments from the Jalón and Huerva rivers). Stony with a calcareous substrate and a good amount of clay, these soils are ideal for drought resistance.

Winemaking

Hand-harvested organic grapes picked and cooled before fermentation to preserve the essential lifted aromas of these varieties. Stainless steel tank fermentation for freshness with 6 months of lees stirring to enhance the beautiful textural quality of the wine.
