Tasting note
From the organic vineyards of Almonacid de la Sierra, this rosé bursts with fresh wild strawberry and pomegranate aromas. On the palate, redcurrant and cranberry bring a crisp, vibrant edge, giving the wine bright vitality, balance, and irresistible drinkability.

Varietal
100% Garnacha.
Soil
Alluvial (formed by sediments from the Jalón and Huerva rivers). Stony with a calcareous substrate and a good amount of clay, these soils are ideal for drought resistance.
Winemaking
Early morning harvesting in late August to capture the freshness and elegance of Garnacha. Direct pressed and
racked straight to tank for a cool fermentation.
